Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and PBC88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "pbc88"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pbc88.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any product or service offered by PBC88 — including but not limited to live casino, sports betting, slot games, fishing games, and promotional offers — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Member on the PBC88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's account, including both real money balance and bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bonus Balance" means any funds credited to a Member's account as a promotional bonus, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by the Member that are freely withdrawable subject to verification and withdrawal conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in qualifying games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by PBC88 prior to processing withdrawal transactions.
• "Platform" means the PBC88 website (pbc88.cam), mobile applications, and all associated gaming services operated by us.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing and using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software developer or studio whose games are made available on the Platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet, wager, or financial operation carried out within the Member's account.

To register and maintain an account with PBC88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform;
2. You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party;
3. You are not a resident of or physically located within a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform;
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of PBC88, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless express written consent has been obtained;
5. You are not self-excluded from gambling activities on PBC88 or any other licensed gaming platform under a legally binding exclusion agreement;
6. You have not previously had an account closed or terminated by PBC88 for a breach of these Terms;
7. You are acting in a personal capacity only. Corporate, trust, or other non-personal entities may not register accounts without prior written approval from PBC88 management;
8. You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

4.1  Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the PBC88 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.

4.2  Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if any change occurs. PBC88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the registered information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4.3  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. PBC88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.4  Identity Verification (KYC). PBC88 may request, at any time and without prior notice, that you submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to: a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, driver's licence, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities and may lead to account closure.

4.5  Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any outstanding wagering requirements must be cleared or forfeited prior to closure. Permanent self-exclusion requests are processed separately under our Responsible Gambling Policy.

5.1  Accepted Payment Methods. PBC88 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank online banking, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Boost, GrabPay, USDT (Tether), and Bitcoin (BTC). Accepted payment methods are subject to change and availability may vary based on your location and account status.

5.2  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 10 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method. Promotional minimum deposit thresholds may differ and will be stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3  Currency. All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Deposits made in other currencies, including cryptocurrencies, will be converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. PBC88 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.4  Source of Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your PBC88 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. PBC88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on large deposits and to freeze or return deposits where it has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other financial misconduct.

5.5  Deposit Limits. You may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account via the Responsible Gambling settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.

6.1  Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals from your PBC88 account are subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your KYC verification is completed and approved; (b) all active bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit; and (d) your account is in good standing with no outstanding disputes or security reviews.

6.2  Processing Timeframes. Indicative processing timeframes are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / DuitNow / Boost / GrabPay: Typically 5–30 minutes for verified accounts
• FPX / Maybank / CIMB / Public Bank / Hong Leong: Same business day; up to 1–3 business days during peak periods or public holidays
• USDT / BTC (Cryptocurrency): 30 minutes to 4 hours, subject to network congestion

6.3  Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. PBC88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a different method.

6.4  Withdrawal Limits. Standard daily withdrawal limits apply per account tier. Members may contact support to request limit reviews. Diamond VIP members are eligible for custom withdrawal limit arrangements via their dedicated account manager.

6.5  Withholding of Withdrawals. PBC88 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: (a) fraudulent activity; (b) a breach of these Terms; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute is in progress; (d) the account is under a security review; or (e) the withdrawal would constitute a breach of applicable law.

7.1  General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by PBC88 are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms stated on the specific promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to real money and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. PBC88 does not accept responsibility for any player's failure to read the stated wagering requirement prior to claiming a bonus.

7.3  Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%; certain games may contribute 0%. The exact contribution rates applicable to each promotion are stated in the promotion terms.

7.4  Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While an active bonus balance is present in your account, a maximum bet limit per round or spin applies. The specific limit is stated in each promotion's terms, but is typically capped at MYR 50 per bet for most welcome and deposit bonuses. Placing bets that exceed this limit while using bonus funds will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.5  Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to a validity window from the date of crediting. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be voided without compensation. Members will not be notified when a bonus is about to expire.

7.6  Abuse of Promotions. PBC88 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from any Member found to have abused the promotional system. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once; hedging bets to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements; systematically targeting promotions with mathematically advantageous strategies not consistent with genuine recreational play; providing false information to obtain promotional credits.

8.1  Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the PBC88 Platform are accepted subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. A bet is not valid until confirmed in writing by the Platform and reflected in your account transaction history.

8.2  Bet Settlement. Sports bets will be settled in accordance with the published rules for each sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, the decision of PBC88's trading team shall be final, subject to the right to appeal to the responsible gambling complaints process.

8.3  System Errors and Manifest Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or manifest error in the display of odds, prices, or game outcomes, PBC88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the stake to the Member's account. Winnings generated as a result of a manifest error will not be honoured.

8.4  Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events are offered subject to real-time availability. PBC88 may suspend live markets at any time, including during an event, without notice. Bets accepted prior to a suspension will be settled in the normal course.

8.5  Casino and Slot Games. All casino games and slot games use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is available on request from our support team.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PBC88 Platform. Any Member found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether directly or through an agent, nominee, or third party;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform as a vehicle for depositing, cycling, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activities;
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment instruments;
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic, coordinated, or deceptive exploitation of promotional offers as described in Section 7.6 above;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament;
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play;
• Exploitation of software errors: Intentionally exploiting any bug, glitch, or malfunction to obtain financial gain;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider for deposits that have been consumed in genuine play;
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, servers, or databases, or interfering with the normal operation of the Platform.

PBC88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to all Members seriously. We provide the following tools and resources to help Members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Increases require a 72-hour cooling period; decreases apply immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. An alert will be issued when the limit is approaching.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cool-Off / Time-Out: Take a mandatory break from gaming of between 24 hours and 30 days without full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (7 to 180 days) or a permanent exclusion from all PBC88 services. Permanent exclusions are irreversible.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up notifications during sessions displaying time played and net session result.

11.1 All content on the PBC88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, audio-visual materials, and promotional content — is the exclusive intellectual property of PBC88 or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal recreational gaming as permitted under these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software used on the Platform; use Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent; or frame, scrape, or aggregate Platform data for any external purpose.

11.3 Game content provided by third-party Game Providers remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own terms as applicable between them and PBC88.

12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PBC88 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any service, game, or feature offered on the Platform.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PBC88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof; (c) any error or omission in the content of the Platform; (d) any third-party conduct or actions; or (e) any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction or manifest error, as described in Section 8.3.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit PBC88's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

PBC88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are material to your rights or obligations, PBC88 will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via the Platform interface or registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version.

14.1  Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which PBC88 is licensed to operate. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

14.2  Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, including in relation to any bet, account decision, or bonus matter, you should first contact our Customer Support team who will attempt to resolve the matter informally. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure available on our FAQ page.

14.3  Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PBC88 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties.
